By accessing this website and by placing an order or commissioning a bespoke creation with Nayeraa Nazaakat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Bespoke Orders & Deposits

Bespoke and made-to-order lehengas are crafted specifically to your measurements and specifications. A non-refundable deposit may be required to commence crafting. Because these pieces are individually made, they are final sale, subject to our fitting guarantee described in our Returns policy.

3. Pricing & Regional Display

Prices for international clients are shown in the applicable local currency and are indicative until confirmed by the atelier. Currency conversions are provided for convenience and may vary at the time of settlement.

For clients within India, prices are not displayed online. Indian clients are invited to connect with the atelier by telephone or WhatsApp for private pricing and personalised consultation.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, motifs, photography, text and marks on this website are the property of Nayeraa Nazaakat and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nayeraa Nazaakat shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Hand-crafted pieces may exhibit minor, natural variations that are a hallmark of artisanal work and not defects.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
